1. Are all the products sold from Japan?
Yes, all the products sold at shopmogu.com are imported directly from Japan and shipped from Los Angeles. Most of our items are "Made in Japan" but please be aware that a few items are not. Please take a look at the product information for more details.
1. I placed an order, but made a mistake, what should I do?

2. The item I want is out of stock. When ill it be back in stock?
We apologize for any out of stock products on our site. Since our products are oftentimes handmade or made in limited stock, it may take a few weeks to replenish our inventory. We try our best to keep all our products in stock, but once in a while we will run into these issues. If you have a specific product that you need immediately, please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to accomodate you.
1. Do you only ship within the United States?
Yes, we currently sell our products only in the United States. As we add more products and develop our expertise in Japanese goods, we will eventually open up our store to everyone outside of the United States
2. How will you ship my order?
Your order will ship via USPS First Class Mail from Los Angeles (90746). Depending on the distance from our zip code 90746, your package will take 4-5 business days. If your package hasn't been delivered after 5 business days, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, once we confirm your package has left our building, you will receive a ship confirmation with tracking number and expected time of arrival.
4. When will my order arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 4-5 days. Please contact us at email@example.com if your package has not been delivered after 5 days.
5. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
6. I received my order, but the item was damaged
If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 24-48 hours via email. We will do our best to accomodate your damaged goods. Please keep all original packing material, online receipt, and anything else that was included within the packaging box.
If these conditions are not met, mogu will not take responsibility for any damages.
7. Will I have to pay custom duties?
No custom duties of any kind. We import all our products from Japan so don't worry about any additional taxes! You will receive your product via USPS First Class Mail.
8. My order has not arrived!

9. Do you have a physical shop?
We don't have a physical shop but we occasionally attend fairs across Southern California!
